Leadership Challenge: "I need to help #team members who have only been #virtual to experience our #culture." 🔆 Solution: The best way to have #remote employees experience the culture is simply to bring them in to spend a few days working onsite. This article confirms what I've been hearing anecdotally--that managers are not (pro-)actively communicating with their teams with the switch to remote work. What I don't like though is that this article seems to put all the burden on the manager. Team members should also be proactively in requesting the support that they need. Both sides need to put the effort in to make remote work successful. #betterbizculture
