World Economic Forum Thank you for this insightful post. At Karuka, we strongly believe in AI's transformative potential when thoughtfully and equitably integrated into education systems. It's inspiring to see Education International advocate for teachers to remain at the center of these conversations. AI should empower educators, not replace them. As we navigate the complexities of AI in education, it is crucial to ensure that these technologies enhance, rather than detract from, the relational and mentorship aspects of teaching. AI can augment routine tasks, freeing teachers' time to focus on creative curriculum design and fostering deeper connections with students. This aligns perfectly with our ISR™ approach, which is a reassurance of the responsible and innovative use of AI in education. Moreover, the equitable deployment of AI is essential to prevent widening disparities. Ensuring that all students benefit from AI innovations regardless of their socio-economic background is paramount. As highlighted in the World Economic Forum report, collaboration with teachers and the inclusion of diverse perspectives are vital to achieving this goal.
