But standing up for underrepresented communities doesn’t end (or begin!) with June. It’s a critical year-round job. Ingredients:

  • 120 ml (4 oz) pineapple juice
  • 60 ml (2 oz) white or coconut rum (optional)
  • 30 ml (1 oz) water
  • 30 ml (1 oz) grenadine
  • 30 ml (1 oz) blue curacao
  • Ice

  1. Pour grenadine syrup into a hurricane or pint glass 🫗
  2. Fill glass with ice 🧊
  3. If using rum, mix it with the pineapple juice in a separate cuפ🍍
  4. In another cup, mix water and blue curacao 🥄
  5. Pour the pineapple juice/rum mixture into the glass 🍹
  6. Pour the blue curacao mixture into the glass on top of that very slowly 🐢
  7. Add an umbrella and/or lemon wedge for garnish ⛱️
  8. Cheers! 🥂
