The Impact Circle (IC) of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami (BBBSM) is a group of like minded young professionals between the ages of 21 and 40 who believe in the vision that all youth achieve their full potential. The IC of Miami is supported and maintained by the IC Council and BBBS of Miami staff to ensure the IC engages with BBBS of Miami in a fun, mission-focused way.

Feeling truly inspired after soaking in some wisdom at the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami Impactful Speaker Series! Here are my favorite takeaways from the speakers: 🎤 Natalie Norfus "You are enough, AS IS." Pursue your goals even if you're not feeling completely prepared. Don’t doubt yourself. 🎤 Ryan Holtzman "Do things for others without wanting anything in return.” Small daily gestures can make a big impact. Not only is it the right thing to do, but it pays you back in unexpected ways over time. 🎤 Allan Prindle: “Don’t sweat the details and take the time to enjoy more.” It's perfectly fine to take a breather and enjoy yourself. Even when the pressure's on to work those late nights, not everything at the office is worth missing out on life for.
