WIETA is inviting applications for the following positions: 𝐒𝐎𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐋 𝐀𝐔𝐃𝐈𝐓 𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Responsible for the Social Assurance Quality Management. Process, the incumbent will manage the development, maintenance, review, monitoring and reporting of the social and audit quality management system within WIETA as well as monitor quality outcomes, such as audit reporting, conduct and performance of the certification bodies and their auditors, auditing under the WIETA Standard. Training and members and social auditors support on these functions. The position is also responsible for implementation of the Social Traceability and the management of product assurance. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:Three-year qualification in Business Management, Industrial Psychology, Human Resources Management is desirable. Exposure to social or legal assurance, quality management, human resources or auditing environment is advisable. 2 – 5 years’ experience in quality systems, data management and the management and implementation of quality assurance systems. Excellent computer and data management skills. Excel proficiency required. Excellent writing and presentation skills and attention to detail required. 𝟗 𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐇𝐒 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏: 𝐒𝐎𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐋 𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄 & 𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐋 𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓: 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Seeking a young dynamic and self-driven graduate to gain highly competitive skills in social assurance and certification, project management, facilitation of rights-based programmes within the wine industry. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Sociology, Labour Law or Business Management. Good computer skills with excel exposure. Must have a driver’s license with own transport. Must be prepared to work over some weekends. High proficiency in afrikaans and english. Positions are based in Stellenbosch with the possibility of a hybrid working arrangement. The remuneration package and terms of employment will be negotiable based on experience.
